so i went out today and i picked up a few random things and some stuff for Halloween. First i guess i will talk about what i picked up for Halloween. I picked up the ScareCrow Small sexy Delux Vampire Fangs which were $15 from Hot Topic and then i picked up some blood from the Halloween store for about $2. So yes I am being a vampire for Halloween but not like a white face vampire more like a "True Blood" vampire. :) Next things i picked up were from MAC. I just picked up another Painterly paint pot since my dried out as well as a studio fix powder foundation in NW25. I have only just used the powder foundation at the MAC counter but i love it already :) And just really quickly before i went home i picked up two boxes of hair color to dye my hair tomorow. The color i got was the Revlon color silk in Auburn Brown #49 which is like a really pretty red color.

So yea thats it nothing to special just wanted to share that with you guys hope you enjoyed :)

I feel like shit :(

ughh soo im feeling pretty crapy right now. The people in my house hold are really just pissing me off like they always know shit ugh its annoying. But im mostly feeling like shit because of the way that i have been eating and feeling. I have been eating soo freaking horrible and i think thats because i didnt make a plan about what i was going to eat. I dont know what to do i feel like i just want to give up because i cant seem to stick to something when i do it and this feeling is just horrible.
Please someone help me i really dont know what to do anymore :(

weight loss update. day 3

So i have been doing really good so far. I have already really boost my metabolism up. I have never been able to eat every 2 hours before and now i am. I like to have my before workout toast and after my workout i like to have something like egg whites or some cereal. After that mean i have little snacks through out the day like a granola bar or apple sauce or something small just to fill me up and then i have my dinner. Im feeling really confident and motivated and im loving it.

So its day to and i just wanted to post this really quickly. I cant workout this mourning because i have to go to school for a little bit to do some work so i will be doing a workout later on today to makeup for my mistake last night.

ashamed

It hasnt even been 2 days and i have already screwed up. ughh idk what the hell is wrong with me. Im so stupid i cant do anything right :/

Day One: Lifestyle change

So today was day one of my lifestyle change. There is no limit to how many days because i feel like that makes things harder. But i do have certain goals. To update you guys with that i am trying to lose about 30-40 lbs. I am over weight i may not look like it but i am. I have always been a terrible eater. I eat when im sad or angry which is horrible thats probally the main reason for me being overweight. I dont eat well either i eat wayyy to much junk food. so pretty much my lifestyle change is going to be to workout at lease 5 or 6 times a week and starting eating alot healthier.  I want to be eating every 2-3 hours to boost my metabalism as well.

So today i woke up and had a piece of toast before my workout. I did the Jillian Michaels Banish Fat Boost Metabolism DVD for about 30 mins. Now the DVD is about 45 mins but i really couldnt handle the whole dvd and i know thats bad and i shouldnt say i cant and i should be giving up but i did ill admit it. After my workout i had a bowl of cereal. (raisin brain cruch) and a glass of ice cold water. About 3 hours later i was hungry so i had a nut and fruit bar which is only 100 calories which is great. About 2 hours after that i was hungry again so i had some yogurt (activia). For dinner i ended up having a salad with barely any dressing a cheeseburger (i know its horrible but im not going to starve myself) and half a stuffed mushroom. MmMm it was yummyy.

Im thinking of something i can do tonight to try and work off that dinner because i hate feeling full. Rawr 0_o

First Blog Ever!

Hey guys my name is Cody Lee. I was encouraged to start up a blog because of a girl on luuux. She explained to me how creating a blog would really help me with my weight loss goal and so here i am with a blogspot. Here im going to be telling you guys about my exercises and what i am eating and im going to share my goals with all of you.
